Volvo New XC90

The 2015 XC90 carries all-new styling, but is still familiar up front, with the company’s logo slashing diagonally through its prominent, upright grille. Like the concept, it carries T-Shaped LED running lights through the headlights. The company calls them the “Thor’s Hammer” design, an unique designation that we think is pretty refreshing.
The car’s strong shoulder line moulds into the car’s long sculpted bonnet, giving the car an aggressive stance.

The interiors get a clean, clutter-free design for the dashboard with the centre console being dominated by a large touch-screen armed with the latest infotainment software. This panel will control a majority of the functions in the car. For the comfort of the passengers, Volvo has added a new four-zone climate system with clean zone air purification system which offers individual settings for the first and the second row.

The Volvo XC90 will be offered in two diesel engines in two variants D5 Momentum and D5 Inscription.the 2015 Volvo XC90 gets the new range of Drive-E 4-cylinder engines that includes the 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder unit producing 316 HP on the standard XC90 with AWD, whereas in the plug-in hybrid version the same engine is expanded with the help of an 80 HP electric motor, belting a combined output of 400 HP and 640 Nm of torque.
Other engine options include the D5 twin turbo unit producing 225 HP and 470 Nm, while the D4 turbo diesel engine produces 190 HP and 400 Nm. Petrol options include the T6 turbo unit with a supercharger offering 320 HP and 400 Nm, and the T5 producing 254 HP and 350 Nm of torque.. The only gearbox option is an eight-speed AT and an AWD system.
